shipment via DPD courier company – cost 16,00 PLN, approximate delivery time: 2 working days from the moment of order processing,
shipment via courier company Inpost 15z\u0142, approximate delivery time: 2 working days from the moment of order processing,
cash on delivery via courier company DPD or Inpost – cost 18,00 z\u0142, approximate delivery time: 2 working days from the time of processing the order,
The cost of delivery is borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise specified by the Seller in the Store.
The buyer can choose the following payment methods for the ordered products:
transfer to the Seller’s bank account,
payment via PayU,
cash on delivery,
payment in cash at the company’s headquarters.<\/p>\n

Order execution
<\/strong>
After the Buyer places an order in accordance with the procedure described in \u00a7 4 of the Regulations, an order confirmation will be sent to the Buyer’s e-mail address.
If the Buyer has chosen the payment method in the form of a transfer to the Seller’s bank account, he is obliged to pay for the order within 3 days from the conclusion of the contract.
Order execution consists in its preparation for shipment to the Buyer or for personal collection by the Buyer. Withdrawal from a Consumer’s Contract

A<\/strong> consumer who has entered into a remote contract with the Seller has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the purchased items.
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to the contract in which the subject of performance is a non-reproduced item, produced to the consumer’s specifications or serving to meet his individualized needs
To withdraw from the contract, the Consumer must inform the Seller of his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement – for example, a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail.
The consumer may use the model withdrawal form<\/a><\/strong>, available at www.nunosleepwear.com but it is not mandatory.

The Consumer is responsible for the diminished value of the product resulting from the use of the product beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.<\/p>\n

Liability for defects

The seller is obliged to provide the buyer with a product free of defects.
